A completed KYC verification is required to withdraw funds from best99. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
A withdrawal may be suspended or cancelled for any of the following reasons: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus wagering requirements, use of a third-party payment method, or detection of unusual activity on your account.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus carries a wagering multiplier — for example, "10x wager" means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable.
If any attempt is made to abuse the bonus system — such as claiming the same bonus multiple times or fulfilling wagering requirements through risk-free bets — best99 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and investigate the account.

All games on best99 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, certified by international testing bodies. This means every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predicted in advance by anyone.
Placing Sports Betting wagers on best99 using prior knowledge of a match result (match fixing) will result in the immediate cancellation of both the bet and the account. Betting may close a set time before a match kicks off. In the event of any dispute over a result, best99's decision is final.
Best99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:
If an account is legitimately closed (without any breach of terms), the remaining balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
Members may also close their own account — simply contact support and the process will be completed within 24 hours. It is advisable to withdraw your remaining balance before closing.
